- CFChad Fawkes3 days ago1.0Extremely long wait and Food and safety concerns: An absolute operational failure by management. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes (23:11 to 00:30) for a standard order, but the wait wasn't even the worst part. There was a severe food hygiene and safety breach. I physically watched my order get handed to another customer, who after leaving the premises returned, handled the bags and returned repackaged and handed it to me. Instead of throwing that compromised food away and dropping fresh items, which is basic UK food safety protocol, they served this exact returned food directly to me. Unsurprisingly, the food was completely dry and degraded by the time I got it. I am specifically not blaming the frontline staff for this. Despite being completely swamped and clearly understaffed, they kept a smile on their faces and tried their absolute best. This 1-star review is entirely directed at the management team for failing to properly staff the branch and failing to enforce basic health and hygiene standards during a backlog. Avoid this branch if you care about food safety.

Half the food coming out was also wrong, they got my partner's drink order wrong 2 times after waiting 75 minutes for it... still was given the wrong size of drink at the end. They didn't offer anyone a refund or discount for this either... food also came out cold by the time we recieved it! 😂
